Chef Mike Bobb
Mike Bobb, Executive Chef at The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte, brings over a decade of culinary expertise to his role. Since joining The Ballantyne Hotel team in 2011, Bobb has been instrumental in shaping the hotel’s culinary program. With a passion for cooking ignited during his teenage years in Missouri and further honed at Johnson & Wales in Charlotte, Bobb’s journey from Chef De Partie to Executive Chef reflects his dedication and skill. Beyond the kitchen, Bobb finds joy in traveling, gardening, and cherishing moments with loved ones, including his fiancé and his beloved 3-legged rescue pup.
Chef Jennifer Brulé
Chef Jennifer Brulé, is a classically trained chef and nationally published food writer who has written two cookbooks and developed recipes for national magazines including “Cooking Light,” “Shape” and “Fitness.” The former chef/owner of Davidson Ice House, Brulé was one of only six chefs chosen from around the country to compete on Food Network’s Ultimate Thanksgiving Challenge.
Chef Andarrio Johnson
Chef Andarrio Johnson hailing from the heart of South Carolina’s Low Country, is known for Southern fare and comfort food. He crafts gourmet dishes infused with tradition and innovation, ensuring each visit to his establishments is an unforgettable experience. Cuzzo’s Cuisine is family owned and operated and known for its lobster mac & cheese, red velvet waffle and much more.
Chef Matt Barry
A lifelong North Carolina resident, Chef Matt Barry grew up in Charlotte attending family barbeques where the smoker was center stage. He realized early on how social gatherings, weddings, work events and family reunions were enhanced by the social aspect and the process of cooking for a crowd. Today, Barry’s food is the attraction and center of any gathering with his smoker and impressive expertise of producing true NC barbeque. Midwood Smokehouse runs its smoker 24 hours a day, using only NC Hickory wood and local NC pork. He helped open a barbeque chain restaurant in Charlotte before settling in as Executive Chef at Midwood Smokehouse.
Chef William Williams
Chef William Williams, a culinary virtuoso, infuses his passion for food into every dish he creates, emphasizing freshness, innovation, and unparalleled flavor. With a belief that food fosters connection, he founded Seasoned Provisions in 2014, offering bespoke catering, private chef services, and culinary education in the Charlotte area. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, William’s expertise is showcased not only through his renowned culinary creations but also through his televised appearances demonstrating his mastery in the kitchen.
